Alright, let’s take a serious look at this album. In my opinion, it’s his finest collection of songs — highly varied and utterly charming. There’s already Hurdy Gurdy Man, the track — a pinnacle of psychedelia — featuring one or more future members of Led Zeppelin, and the bucolic Jennifer Juniper (which basically invents Belle and Sebastian). We’ll see if we include one later on…
